(VOVworld) – An exhibition on the historical and legal evidence of Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagoes opened in Thai Nguyen province on Tuesday. On display are approximately 600 books about Vietnam’s sea and islands and more than 500 newspaper articles about Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa.
Other exhibits include 54 maps drawn between the 15th and the 20th century in Vietnam, western countries, and China acknowledging Vietnam’s sovereignty over the archipelagoes. The exhibition will continue until November 28.
