Dinh Tien Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations Information of the Ministry of Information and Communications, said: “We have identified that communication on human rights is the responsibility of all of society. All ministries and sectors have to engage in this work, not only people working in the human right arena. We should disseminate information about Vietnam’s efforts to ensure human rights, and people’s civil rights and responsibilities under the law.”
The participants are being informed of human rights and religious situations in localities across Vietnam.
