(VOV) – President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan began a four-day working visit to Singapore on Thursday at the invitation of the People's Association (PA) of Singapore.

During talks with Singaporean leaders, Nhan will explore how Singapore attracts talented personnel into the public sector and how it manages manpower, migrant workers in particular. He will look at how the People’s Association manages the operations of community clubs and grassroots programmes that promote community engagement. The delegation will later call on the Vietnamese community in Singapore.
