Festival honors cultural heritages of Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) - The fourth Vietnam Cultural Heritage Festival opened with a ceremony at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long in Hanoi on Wednesday.

The festival, organized by the UNESCO Centre for Culture and Sport Development and the Thang Long Heritage Conservation Centre Hanoi, honors the cultural heritage of Vietnam and popularizes the UNESCO-recognized intangible cultural heritages of Vietnam.
The two-day festival, held in response to Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day, November 23, includes performances of traditional arts as well as folk games like tug of war and stick pushing, demonstrations of “to he” (toy figurines), and a calligraphy exhibition.
