(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the National Steering Committee on New Rural Development, Vu Van Ninh, has urged the Ministry of Finance to issue guidelines on financial contribution exemption for poor families to build new rural areas. Addressing a review meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday, the Deputy Prime Minister asked for supplementary criteria and revisions in the classification of new rural areas.
