Foreign media highlights Vietnam’s development prospects

Yang Razali Kassim – a senior fellow at RSIS – said the new leadership combines experience and freshness, a suitable formula for Vietnam’s planned transition to a socialist-oriented developed nation by 2045.
Ahmed Hassan of Egypt’s Events Magazine News e-newspaper highlighted Vietnam’s ability to overcome difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic. He said Vietnam has managed the dual goal of containing the pandemic while reviving its economy, a feat widely praised by the international community.
Russian newspapers Tass, Novosti, Izvestia, and Kommersant praised the success of Vietnam’s elections.
