(VOVworld) – The foreign ministers of France and Germany have confirmed Paris and Berlin’s determination to work with Libyan unity government to restore security, combat terrorists, and bring in public services for Libyan people.

The two leaders made the statement at a press conference on Saturday following a meeting with the Libyan unity government’s Prime Minister, Fayez al-Sarraj at a naval base in Tripoli.
France's Jean-Marc Ayrault said the most important thing is to train police and military forces for Libya adding that France is ready to help Libya in the issue. The training will be discussed on Monday at a meeting among European defense and foreign ministers.
Libyan unity government’s Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj said Libya will cooperate with the international community in anti-terrorism fight but doesn’t want other countries to intervene its internal affairs.
