Friendship associations of Vietnam and India strengthen cooperation
(VOVWORLD) -On Friday evening in New Delhi, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue met with Secretary General of the India-Vietnam Solidarity Committee Kusum Jain, Chairman of the India-Vietnam Friendship Association K.L. Malhotra, members of India-Vietnam friendship associations and many Indian friends.

The associations’ leaders shared deep feelings, respect and admiration for President Ho Chi Minh, believing that the visit opens new directions and promotes stronger relations between the two countries.
National Assembly Chairman Hue said he hopes organizations, communities, associations, and friends of Vietnam in India will stand side by side, work closely with each other, and create many ways to promote people-to-people exchanges.
He expressed his belief that the Vietnam-India relationship in general and the people-to-people exchange relationship between the two countries in particular will be more prosperous, diversified and open, truly becoming one of the five important pillars of their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
