G7 to reform trade practices
(VOVWORLD) - Trade leaders of the G7 agreed Wednesday to address "market-distorting practices."

"Practices that distort markets and competition lead to decreased efficiency and reduced perceptions of fairness and trust in the system," Britain's Secretary of State for International Trade Liz Truss said.
To advance the economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic, the trade representatives agreed to "further consider ways in which trade policy can develop to support trade in health products and increase supply chain resilience," and to encourage cooperation among governments, manufacturers, and others to ramp up production and distribution of vaccines.
