The cabinet designated Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria as safe states, meaning individuals who have arrived from those three North African countries can safely be deported. The German government will allow refugees who complete training programs in Germany to stay and work for two years. Refugees who lose their documents, accidentally or on purpose, will be given new papers and deported immediately.
