(VOVworld) - German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Sunday called for a second international conference to end the escalating violence in Ukraine. He said the aim of the meeting would be to reach a clear agreement on how to end the violence and move toward a political resolution. At the first Geneva meeting on April 17, the US, Russia, Ukraine, and the EU struck a deal that outlined steps to defuse the crisis, including disarming the militants and a national dialogue on constitutional reform. Since then, Moscow and Kiev have accused each other of undermining the deal.
