The plan deals with all areas contaminated with toxic chemicals/dioxin left from the war.
By 2025, 85% of the risk of exposure to toxic chemicals/dioxin in contaminated areas will be eliminated. That will become 100% by 2030.
By 2030, Vietnam will have completed a list of victims eligible for State support. All pregnant women in contaminated areas will receive reproductive counselling to reduce health risks.
