Greetings extended to Khmer people on Chol Chnam Thmay festival
(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Minister and Deputy Head of the Committee for Ethnic Affairs Nong Thi Ha visited and presented gifts to prestigious Khmer ethnic people in Soc Trang province on Saturday on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay festival.

Ha called on the prestigious people to work closely with the local administration to mobilize ethnic people to comply with the Party guidelines and State laws and policies, uphold national unity, and exert efforts to improve their life.
"I hope that reputable people will continue to hand down their their experience and knowledge to the younger generations and contribute to enriching traditional cultural values of the community," said Ha.
