Hai Phong urged to optimize socio-economic development and recovery program
(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue has urged the northern port city of Hai Phong to ensure efficient implementation of the social economic development and recovery program.

Addressing a meeting with the municipal Party Committee on Wednesday, the Chairman asked for continued implementation of the Party Politburo resolution on the city’s development and the National Assembly’s resolution on its special mechanism while safely and flexibly adapting to pandemic control.
During his visit to the city, the Chairman also attended the ground breaking ceremony of the biodegradable material plant by An Phat Holdings, which is the first green material plant in Southeast Asia. Located in South Dinh Vu Industrial Park, the 120 million USD plant has a designed capacity of 30,000 tons per year and is expected to be put into operation after 24 months.
