Hamas-Israel conflict: Biden says Israel losing global support
(VOVWORLD) - US President Joe Biden said Tuesday that Israel is beginning to lose global support because of what he described as “indiscriminate bombing” of the Gaza Strip as it seeks to destroy Hamas.

President Biden said Tuesday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should change his approach, adding that the Israeli government doesn’t want a two-state solution.
Netanyahu said Tuesday that despite the US’s support for Israel in its conflict with Hamas, Israel and the US still disagree on what should happen to Gaza after the conflict ends.
At an emergency special session of the UN General Assembly on Tuesday, members adopted a resolution demanding an “immediate humanitarian ceasefire”, the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages, and humanitarian access in Gaza. It passed by a vote of 153 to 10, with 23 abstentions.
The World Food Program estimates that half of Gaza’s 2.3 million inhabitants lack sufficient food.
