Hanoi: 1,200 people to join yoga performance
(VOVWORLD) -More than 1,200 people in Hanoi will join a yoga protocol performance at the Indoor Gymnasyum in Nam Tu Liem district on Saturday in response to International Day of Yoga, which falls on June 21.
The information was revealed by Indian Ambassador to Vietnam Parvathaneni Harish at a press conference on the fourth International Day of Yoga 2018 (IDY 2018) in Hanoi on Monday.
IDY 2018, to be organized by the Embassy of India in Hanoi, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People’s Committee of Hanoi, aims to improve Vietnamese people's health and life quality.
This year’s event will take place in 11 cities and provinces from June 16 to July 15.
