Hanoi calls on intellectuals, artists, and dignitaries to support the city’s development
(VOVWORLD) - At a meeting in Hanoi on Tuesday municipal leaders asked the heads of the city’s universities and colleges and the other local religious dignitaries to contribute to Hanoi’s development.
