(VOVworld) – Hanoi will set to complete 7 key tasks, including dealing with poor service in administrative procedures and at the receptions to municipal agencies.

Politburo member and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Pham Quang Nghi stated this at a conference today/ on Tuesday in Hanoi to review the outcomes of self-criticism and criticism of the Municipal Party Committee in line with the Party’s resolution. The city will also take measures to improve the quality of administrative reforms, supervise and apply strict punishments to cadres who commit offences against the people. Mr. Nghi added that it is necessary to make transparent the criteria for assessing procedures relating to the licensing, planning management, land, construction and managing of urban projects. The city will also hold a vote of confidence in some key posts in the city, districts and hamlets and other major positions voted for by the People’s Council at the end of this year.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended a self-criticism meeting at the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment.
