Hanoi narrows locked-down areas to recover business, production
(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi will narrow locked-down areas to restore production and business activities, according to municipal authorities.

Speaking at a meeting on Thursday, Hanoi’s Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Quyen said that if lockdown is necessary to control an outbreak, it will be imposed on the smallest scale.
He added that the city will create all possible conditions to ensure the recovery of production and business activities and make it easier for people's lives.
As of Thursday, Hanoi had tested 85% of its residents as planned, and vaccinated more than 93% of its population aged 18 and above, according to Mr. Quyen.
