(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi People's Committee is collecting opinions on a draft resolution on naming and adjusting the length of some of its streets this year.

According to the plan, Hanoi will have 58 new streets in 15 districts, including Bac Tu Liem, Cau Giay, Ha Dong, Hoang Mai, Long Bien, Nam Tu Liem, Chuong My, Dan Phuong, Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, My Duc, Quoc Oai, Soc Son, Thanh Tri and Thuong Tin.
Six of the streets will be named after islands of Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago, including An Bang, Song Tu Tay, Nam Yet, Son Ca, Phan Vinh, and Tien Nu.
The draft resolution will be considered for approval by the Hanoi People's Committee in a meeting early July.
