The plan is implemented in three phases, responding to scenarios in which the number of COVID-19 patients hit 10,000, 20,000, and 40,000, respectively.
The patients are categorized based on their health status in line with the Ministry of Health's guidance, including asymptomatic patients, severe patients, and very severe patients. Treatment facilities will be divided in accordance with the disease severity.
The plan asks for the involvement of the entire political system and close coordination between forces to assure the capacity to storage medical oxygen, supply and transport the oxygen to the hospitals and medical facilities under the management of the Health Ministry.
