HCM city has hosted a ceremony to mark the 65^th National Resistance Day (December 19) and the 67^th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22). The event was attended by former Prime Minister Phan Van Khai, Secretary of the municipal Party’s Committee Le Thanh Hai and representatives of people from all walks of life. On this occasion, the organizers awarded the title “Hero of the People’s Armed Forces” to 5 people.
