At a seminar to discuss developing local services and infrastructure zoning for the 2020-2030 period held on Wednesday by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Mr. Nhan said: “This seminar will help the city prepare for infrastructure development. We should construct industrial zones, export processing zones, and high-tech zones to lure businesses.”

During the event, international experts shared their experiences in similar development in New South Wales, Australia, and Seoul, South Korea, especially the use of land to boost the economy. They also shared some lessons on developing transport infrastructure and smart-transport orientation.
