HCM city to host Southeast Asia’s leading wood exhibition
(VOVWORLD) - VietnamWood, one of the leading wood exhibitions in Southeast Asia, will take place in HCM city from October 18 to 21 this year, drawing firms from 22 countries and territories worldwide including Germany, Austria, the US, France, Canada, and Taiwan (China).

Chan Chao International Co., Ltd, the event’s organizer, said Vietnam is now the world’s second largest exporter of wooden products and is able to fulfill large orders from domestic and foreign clients.
Vietnamese businesses aim to make Vietnam a major wood production hub and are boosting exports to the US, the UK, Canada, and Japan, it said.
