Earlier a Hezbollah drone crossed into Israeli airspace, triggering sirens in several residential areas along the border.
Hezbollah hasn’t commented on the latest attacks, but in a recent statement, a senior leader warned that they intended to make Israel's Passover holiday less peaceful, as Israel did in Gaza during Ramadan and Eid El Fitr.
To continue international efforts to reduce Middle East tensions, in a phone call on Monday, the Presidents of Egypt and France called on parties involved to act responsibly and show restraint. A comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza is needed to set the stage for a final end to the conflict.
