The health center which uses AI will house a system that will be regularly updated whilst also displaying the status of 47 hospitals throughout the city, apart from updating the number of infected and suspected  coronavirus cases, both nationally and globally.

The smart education center will update and share data with the city’s smart urban operation center.  Nguyen Thien Nhan, the municipal Party Secretary, said: “The city’s education sector needs to ensure fundamental education for local children. At the same time we need to create conditions for them to improve their qualifications toward international levels and provide them with vocational training.”
