(VOVworld) – The 2013 Spring volunteer campaign began on Sunday in Ho Chi Minh city. The municipal Youth Union and Students Association hosted a rally of more than 2,000 youth and city dwellers to launch the campaign.  The campaign will last until February 9^th with the participation of more than 8,000 Youth Union members from universities, colleges and schools in the city and abroad. There will practical activities, including giving thousands of Lunar New Year gifts to the poor and disadvantaged children.
