Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh and Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan attended the event. Mr. Nhan said: “We believe that the University will contribute to the city’s major projects, including the project on a smart urban area. This project is expected to promote smart management, policy making, a common database and plan, and smart services such as healthcare, traffic, and education”.
