(VOVWORLD) - Hoi An city, a UNESCO world heritage site, has reopened pedestrian streets, night streets, and craft villages after several months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic and continuous storms and floods.

Truong Thi Ngoc Cam, Director of Hoi An city’s Culture and Sports Center, said, “We’ll organize art performances on pedestrian streets at night and special events to mark Vietnam Heritage Day on November 23, and the Lunar New Year celebration. We’ll help local households resume their businesses.”
Tourism tickets to Hoi An ancient town will be half price from now until June, 2021. Tourist sites, entertainment centers, hotels, restaurants, and services have offered promotional programs to attract visitors.
