(VOVWORLD) - Hundreds of Vietnamese and foreign artists are gathering in Thua Thien-Hue Province for the Hue International Arts Festival Week 2024, creating a colorful mosaic of cultures from all corners of the world.

This program is part of Hue Festival 2024 which will take place in the central province throughout the year.
A series of festive, cultural, artistic, and culinary activities are underway at various locations, from Kien Trung Palace, and the Imperial Citadel, to community and street stages.
The highlight is the “Colors of Culture” street festival, including artists from Hue, the Vietnam Circus Federation, the Cao Van Lau Theater in Bac Lieu Province, and the Kon Tum Provincial Art Troupe.
“The distinctive festival features cultures from different regions in Vietnam and abroad. Street performances make Hue Festival livelier and more vibrant,” said Hoang Van Phuoc, a Hue resident.
“This is the second time I have participated in Hue Festival. Our performances are warmly welcomed by the public,” said Pham Viet Cuong, an actor from the Vietnam Circus Federation.
The participating foreign artists come from Belgium, France, Spain, Japan, South Korea, and China.
The Hue International Arts Festival Week 2024 will close on Wednesday.
