Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2019

350 artisans from 60 Vietnamese craft villages and 70 foreign artisans attended the week-long festival. Deputy Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Dang Thanh said: “The Hue Traditional Craft Festival included a number of activities honoring traditional crafts such as the traditional long dress, and flowers, as well as hot-air balloon tours. The festival attracts visitors and promotes local branding.”

Through the festival, the Hue authority hopes to promote the trademark and position of Hue, the city of festival and develop traditional craft villages and typical handicraft sectors.
