Indonesia strengthens security for Asian Games
(VOVWORLD) - Three security zones will be established for the upcoming Asian Games in order to prevent vandalism and terrorism, the Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee (INASGOC) said.

Security will be tightened at the Main Stadium in Jakarta by opening just two doors, one for accredited individuals and one for ticket holders, Committee Chairman Erick Thohir said. Everyone will be checked at 3 security points and allowed to bring in nothing but their tickets, he said, adding that event security will be extra tight during the opening on August 18 and closing ceremony on September 2.
