(VOVworld) – A 4-day international culinary festival in Ho Chi Minh city last week featured on-site food preparation, a "5-Star Chef" mini-festival, a bartenders’ show, and competitions involving vegetarian dishes and fruit and vegetable carving. 300,000 visitors from Vietnam and abroad came to the event to discover the food culture of 20 countries and territories.

Nguyen Thi Khanh, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, said: “The world loves Vietnamese dishes because they are nutritious. The annual international culinary festival draws more people every year”.
