(VOVWORLD) - Egyptian Minister of Health Hala Zayed announced Tuesday that 65 tons of medicines and medical supplies have been sent to the Gaza Strip. Egypt allocated 165 ambulances and 11 field hospitals to treat Palestinians injured in Gaza.

Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi announced on Tuesday an allocation of 500 million USD for reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, according to presidential spokesman Bassam Rady, who said Egyptian companies will take part in the reconstruction process.
The Medical Emergency Rescue Committee (MER-C), Indonesia's humanitarian organization for victims of war, conflict, and natural disasters, sent a surgical team and medicines to the Gaza Strip.
The Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Indonesia will provide humanitarian support worth half a million USD to Palestine. Germany pledged 49 million USD on Tuesday in humanitarian aid for civilians in Gaza.
