(VOVworld) – An international symposium on the formation of stars in various space environments was held in Quy Nhon city on Monday by the Meeting Vietnam Center, the Ministry of Science and Technology and Binh Dinh provincial People’s Committee.

150 scientists from 27 countries and territories attended the event, which will conclude on July 30. This is part of a program called “Meeting Vietnam” involving leading scientists from around the globe, including seven Nobel laureates. The program looks at many aspects of the links between science and society, including the strengths, weaknesses, benefits, pitfalls and possible future directions.
