(VOVworld) – Iran and the EU agreed to resume their talks on a number of issues, including the implementation of the Iran nuclear deal, said Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Tuesday.

Addressing a joint press conference with EU foreign chief Federica Mogherini in Tehran, Zarif said high-level talks will focus on increasing co-operation in trade, energy, human rights, counter-terrorism, the environment, and regional issues. Mogherini said the Iran nuclear deal’s implementation will open a new chapter in Iran-EU comprehensive co-operation.
