Iran refuses talks on missiles program
(VOVworld) - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Sunday that Iran’s missile program is not open to any form of negotiations because it is a national defense issue.

He made the statement following US Secretary of State John Kerry’s proposal on Thursday to negotiate a “new arrangement” for Iran’s missile program. The US has criticized Iran’s missiles program as a threat to regional and global peace. Iran insists that the program is for peaceful purposes and an appropriate measure to enhance national defense and security.
