Iran says nuclear talks with world powers will resume soon
(VOVWORLD) - Iran’s Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that talks with world powers on reviving the 2015 nuclear agreement known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), will resume in a few weeks. Each meeting will require prior coordination and preparation of an agenda, said a Ministry spokesman.

On Monday, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell told reporters that the foreign ministers of Britain, China, France, Germany and Russia will not meet jointly with Iran this week to discuss a return to the talks, but Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian will have bilateral meetings with those foreign ministers on the sidelines of the annual UN gathering to talk about the JCPOA.
