The accord with world powers in 2015 gave Iran relief from international sanctions in exchange for curbing its nuclear activities. President Rouhani made the statement after US President Donald Trump had signed new sanctions on Tehran following its ballistic missile test. He said the move proved that President Trump is not a reliable negotiator. Earlier, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Iran's missile tests do not involve rockets with nuclear warheads.
