Iran will not extend deadline for nuclear deal
(VOVWORLD) - Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI) said Wednesday that Tehran will not give European powers more time beyond July 8 to save the nuclear deal by shielding Iran from US sanctions.

Secretary of Iran’s Supreme Security Council Ali Shamkhani said Iran is negotiating with Russia and China on a potential resolution in case talks with the EU on a new nuclear deal fail.
Iran in May said it would start enriching uranium at a higher level unless the European signatories to the deal protected Iran’s economy from US sanctions within 60 days.
