Rouhani said in a speech in the southeastern city of Chabahar that he believes that if there is a problem in the region, it can be solved through dialogue. Saudi Arabia and critics in the West have accused Tehran of seeking to dominate the region at the expense of its neighbors. Rouhani said that no country can claim to be the supreme power in this region and the superpowers couldn’t accomplish that, either.
