(VOVworld) - Israel has approved the building of 300 settlement homes on the West Bank. The housing units will be built in Har Brakha, Revava, Ganei Modi'in, and Tekoa in the south of Jerusalem, Nokdim south of Bethlehem, and Givat Ze'ev northwest of Jerusalem. According to the Israeli watchdog Peace Now, which monitors Jewish settlement construction in the occupied territories, the number of planned new homes tripled in the first quarter of 2016, compared with the same period last year.
