According to Palestinian media, at least three people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on Abasan, a suburb of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Earlier, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported discovering the bodies of 15 medical personnel killed in an Israeli attack targeting ambulances in Rafah, southern Gaza, last week. Last Friday, the Israeli military confirmed it had opened fire on the ambulances in Rafah, claiming they were suspiciousvehicles.
The Israeli military announced Monday that it had destroyed a 1-kilometer-long tunnel in northern Gaza. The statement claimed that Israeli forces in northern and central Gaza had killed 50 militants, though no specific timeline for these operations was provided.
