Japan Typhoon: Six people killed and more than 160 injured
(VOVWORLD) - Six people were killed and more than 160 injured as a typhoon barreled into western Japan on Tuesday.

Japan’s international Kansai airport was shut down due to strong winds and flooding. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe had to cancel a planned visit to Japan’s southwest provinces.
Typhoon Jebi is the strongest to hit Japan in 25 years, with wind speeds reportedly reaching 216km/h.
