(VOVWORLD) - Japan’s Prime Minister Abe Shinzo has said that South Korea has the responsibility to provide solutions to bilateral row, which has made the Tokyo-Seoul ties worst in decades.

At Tuesday’s press conference on the sideline of the China-Japan-South Korea trilateral summit in Chengdu, China, Mr. Abe said he hopes to improve relations with South Korea, and agreed that the trilateral cooperation between them and the US are essential.
South Korean President Moon Jae-in called on Japan to lift export sanctions targeted at Seoul, saying export regulations must go back to what they were before July 1st.
