(VOVworld) – Japan’s media have reported on the Vietnam National Assembly’s election of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc as Prime Minister. The Kyodo news agency said Prime Minister Phuc will continue to develop a market economy based on Vietnam’s reform policy, adding that he will focus on economic reforms and the East Sea issue.

The Fiji news agency published Vietnam’s cabinet lineup, which will be announced this week and reported on the election of National Assembly chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, President Tran Dai Quang, and Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
