The second phase of JICA project has been implemented from October 2013 to September 2016, with a total investment of 60 million JPY (580,000 USD).
The project helped build a system to collect rubbish on the bay, to bring it to the shore to be treated, and to build a model on environmental education to raise public awareness of preserving the heritage site.
