Deputy Minister Do Thang Hai was addressing the workshop on Wednesday with a focus on human resource training for businesses in those areas. 

"The Ministry of Industry and Trade has cooperated with relevant ministries and sectors to develop strategies and programs to boost production and distribution of products in remote, mountainous and island regions. Training to improve product quality and staff awareness will be held to strengthen connection between those areas and across the country," he said. 

The program aims to raise growth rate for retails of goods and services by 11% annually.
