(VOVworld) - Korea International Cooperation Agency has signed a memorandum of understanding to provide Quang Ngai province with more than 760,000 USD of aid to help develop local schools and clinics.

The aids will help build 9 primary schools and strengthen teachers’ capacity in information technology, English language, music and arts.
Nearly 370,000 USD of the aid funding will be allocated to the upgrade of Son Tinh hospital to improve local healthcare service.
