(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh worked with Kon Tum province authorities on Tuesday on its socio-economic, national defense, and diplomatic activities.

Mr. Minh spoke highly of Kon Tum’s achievements in those fields. Minh said Kon Tum is the only province which shares borders with both Laos and Cambodia, so the province needs to maintain diplomatic activities and foster security and friendship with neighboring countries. He said the government is considering increasing ODA capital and support in education and training to Laos and Cambodia as well as raising funds for diplomatic activities in Kon Tum province.
